This is Kelly.
Kelly is an Interior Designer and Project Manager at Black Hound Design. And Kelly is bonafide AF.
Over her seven plus year career, she has worked on projects all across the country, touching every single facet and detail of the design process. Her secret sauce is in the restaurant, hospitality and entertainment spaces, and she brings a brilliant mix of creativity and well-executed detail to each aspect of the design.
She has collaborated with restaurateurs recognized for their creative and innovative spaces, including recognition by Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies: Gaming Category.
And this gal has tons of trophies on her wall. She’s been a part of many award-winning design teams and has received multiple ASID Crystal Awards and IIDA Interior Design BESTawards. Her projects have been mentioned in publications such as: INC. Magazine, Hospitality Design, and Restaurant Development + Design.
This lady is a class act.
And aside from all the VIP brands, Kelly loves most working with local brands and businesses. She’s passionate about capturing their ethos through design to help tell their story, and building their vision- weaving the narrative through every detail of the design.
Why this passion for local businesses? Her parents own Beacon Printing in Denver. And it is truly a family run business- with everyone helping out including her grandparents. Kelly remembers working in their shop at a young age, with her sister and her basically growing up there.
How cool is that, right?! Hard working, creative folks, creating hard working, creative kids….who then give back to the same community that raised them.
